Out of curiosity, I scrolled through the posts about the American election (I know I shouldn’t do this, but I couldn’t help myself!). I found it to be overwhelmingly evident how the posters shared aggressive content with ease. The nasty comments seemed like everyday life. The ugliness wasn’t directed at the candidates, it was directed at the people’s peers. Now is the time to stand together! These vicious anonymous attacks are not the answer. Keep it together guys, I believe in you! I know you’ve got shit for choice, but don’t act like them! It makes the whole situation that much scarier.
